• Purpose: Headache racks don't fulfill the specifications outlined in FMCSA/DOT CFR 393.114a and therefore, are not allowed to be utilized in such a manner. All loads must adhere to the securement in your trailer guidelines mentioned in FMCSA/DOT CFR 393.100 to 393.132. Install these cab racks only on trucks not trailers.
• CAUTION: DO NOT USE CAB RACKS AS PART OF FMCSA CFR 393.116 paragraph B2 log or pole trailers and are restricted by Mytee Products. In accordance with 393 requirements, 393.116 addresses the securing of cargo to the trailer. Log trailers must feature a front header board that conforms to the specifications outlined in 393.116 and 393.114.
